В расширении Euro Truck Simulator 2: Scandinavia на игровую карту «нанесён» город Сёдертелье в Швеции, где расположена штаб-квартира и один из заводов Scania. Завод производителя был частично смоделирован и добавлен в игру, используется в том числе как база для дальнобойщиков.

Mighty Griffin[]

То, что каждый «легковой» автосалон буквально напичкан концептами уже давно никого не удивляет, а вот в Ганновере, Брюсселе или Кортрийке, где проводятся смотры грузовой техники и автобусов, концепт – это целое событие, которое обсуждается и изучается не один месяц.

В прошлом году в Ганновере был продемонстрирован 60-тонный 28-метровый автопоезд SCANIA-KRONE, показывающий современные возможности сверхдлинных (для Европы) составов – значительное увеличение грузоподъемности и объема перевозимого груза (на 50%) при одновременном уменьшении расхода топлива на выполнение транспортной работы на 20 – 25%. Правда, назвать его концептуальной разработкой все-таки нельзя. Скорее, это удачный тандем тягач-полуприцеп.

На наших фотографиях уже совершенно другой автопоезд. Это не седельный тягач, а пара: трехосный грузовик с грузовой платформой – 5-осный прицеп, представляющий собой полуприцеп с подкатной тележкой. На фотографии с кабиной белого цвета показан пока масштабный макет этого автопоезда в полном составе, его же «продували» в аэродинамической трубе, а в качестве опытного образца построен пока одиночный грузовик-платформа с возможностью установки каркаса с жестким тентом. Этот прототип, построенный в Техническом центре Scania в г. Седертелье, и проходит дорожные испытания.

Что же представляет собой этот концепт-трак? Основой для него послужил «Грузовик 1996-го года», то есть Scania вагонной компоновки 4-го поколения. В частности, у него позаимствованы кабина, рама и доработанный 12-литровый двигатель. Но как вы видите из иллюстраций внешность машины сильно изменилась. Кабина получила небольшой капотик – вся ее нижняя часть «слеплена» заново, в стиле последних разработок фирмы, достаточно вспомнить передок автобуса SCANIA OMNICITY (кстати, построенного также на агрегатах 4-го поколения). Да и «лобик» подрос до разрешенных 4 метров по высоте. Пластиковые панели преобразили кабину почти до неузнаваемости.

Следует отметить, что изменение внешнего вида самоцелью не являлось. Речь идет об улучшении аэродинамических качеств автомобиля и о повышении его пассивной безопасности. После продувки масштабного макета и проведения необходимых расчетов (масштаб дает погрешность) коэффициент аэродинамического сопротивления Сх лежит в пределах 0,35 – 0,38. Для автопоезда это в общем-то неплохо, но что покажут его измерения в натуральную величину, пока неизвестно.

Собственно, аэродинамике и, как следствие, снижению эксплуатационных расходов и «посвящен» весь этот проект. Несколько фотографий масштабного макета, демонстрировавшегося около двух лет назад в Брюсселе, показывают на какие ухищрения пошли конструкторы и дизайнеры для решения поставленной задачи.

Кроме модифицированной кабины руки талантливых специалистов коснулись и всего автопоезда. Например, просвет между тягачом и прицепом перекрывается двумя аэродинамическими элементами в виде арок, входящих друг в друга при повороте, чтобы исключить неблагоприятный срыв потока воздуха. Кроме того, даже подкатная тележка имеет аэродинамическую форму. Интересно, что колеса ее передней оси выполнены поворачивающимися.

Вообще же у автопоезда поворачиваются колеса четырех осей (передней и задней как у тягача, так и у прицепа), что должно обеспечивать отменную маневренность. Во всяком случае 28-метровый автопоезд имеет такой же радиус поворота, как и обычный 16,5-метровый. Но вернемся к аэродинамике.

Задняя часть прицепа также имеет специальное окончание, способствующее более плавному срыву потока воздуха в верхней части, а внизу – даже маленькие боковые антикрылья и характерную бамперную часть так называемую boattail, или «лодочного типа». Кроме того, весь автопоезд по периметру одет боковыми кожухами. Все эти мероприятия после продувки макета дают в сумме 10%-ное уменьшение Сх. Это солидно!

Все колеса 8-осного автопоезда спрятаны за специальными щитками, у поворачивающихся колес они подвижны. Резина везде односкатная, а шины специально разработаны фирмой Michelin. Несмотря на небольшую ширину, они выдерживают необходимые нагрузки, но пятно контакта по сравнению, например, с двухскатными колесами у них почти вдвое меньше, что сказывается на сопротивлении качению и повышает, опять же, экономичность.

Что касается пассивной безопасности, то практически всегда лишние несколько сантиметров перед водителем снижают вероятность трагических исходов при лобовом столкновении (конечно, при разумных скоростях).

Полный вес автопоезда составит 64 тонны, так что при восьми осях нагрузка на каждую из них составит как раз 8 тонн, так что дорожное покрытие не пострадает. Кроме того, подвеска всех осей – пневматическая, что не только влияет на плавность хода, но и смягчает воздействие на дорогу.

Несколько слов о собственно прототипе. По заявлению Кальма Нолмелиуса, руководителя научного подразделения отделения грузовиков Scania, «этот недавно построенный прототип является своего рода лабораторией на колесах. С его помощью мы проверяем на практике принятые технические и дизайнерские решения».

Машина получила 12-литровый двигатель с активным турбокомпрессором (так называемым турбокомпаундом), у которого дополнительная турбина через зубчатую передачу увеличивает крутящий момент на коленвалу, и коробку с автоматическим переключением передач.

Пока автопоезда в натуральную величину еще нет, и грузовик проходит испытания в «одиночном плавании».

В начале моей дальнобойной карьеры европейские магистральные тягачи еще только начинали появляться на наших дорогах («Совтрансавто» не в счет), постепенно отвоевывая место под солнцем у МАЗов и КАМАЗов. И когда я впервые очутился за рулем грузовой иномарки, то к концу рейса моей головой овладели предательские мысли о никчемности и бесполезности легковых автомобилей. За спиной «в телеге» болталось 19 т груза, но это не мешало мне ехать со скоростью до 110 км/ч, уверенно идти на обгон в случае необходимости, расходуя в среднем около 25 л «на сотню». О комфорте и функциональных возможностях кабины и количестве опций можно и не говорить. Здесь же можно просто жить! Сравнение с легковым автомобилем неуместно. И когда я прибыл на базу, мне так хотелось отцепить фуру и уехать домой не на личной легковушке, а на моем ярко-красном «головастике», с которым у меня случилась любовь с первого рейса.

С детства, мечтая о собственном автомобиле, я редко представлял себя за рулем автомобиля «как у всех». Мое воображение конструировало всегда большую и необычную машину, порою даже автобус. Каково же было мое удивление, когда на выставке «Комтранс-2010» довелось увидеть реальное воплощение моей мечты. Конечно, дрим-трак от ателье Svempas AB – штука совсем не бюджетная. Но так хочется еще помечтать…

В основе «Красной жемчужины» лежит тягач Scania T500. Поскольку Scania Red Pearl R999 – грузовой родстер, то передний грузовой мост заменили автобусным от низкопольника, что позволило уменьшить клиренс до 100 мм.

Под интегральный капот вместили судовой 15,6-литровый дизель Scania DC16 EMS. За счет двойного турбонаддува, измененной камеры сгорания и перенастройки 64-клапанной системы впрыска моторный гуру Джонни Фярлунд смог снять вдвое большую мощность – 1000 л.с. Интересно, что при 4,65 т массы 1,3 т приходится на оттюнингованный двигатель, который на пару с гидромеханической трансмиссией Allison разгоняет шоу-трак с 30 км/ч до «первой сотни» за 5 секунд. Ну и далее… до 210 км/ч.

Это родстер не только в дизайне! Отделка интерьера и стайлинг потребовали 6 тысяч часов и 2,5 лет работы. Кабина с пониженным на 350 мм уровнем ветрового стекла выполнена из кевлара. Глубоко-красный окрас Electric Red Clearcoat Metallic cо сложной многоступенчатой полировкой венчает суперграфика из полос сусального золота в 24 карата.

Такое технозодчество мог сотворить только маэстро с тонким чувством меры. Дизайн-бюро Svempas AB и стоящий во главе неутомимый Свен-Эрик Бергендаль по прозвищу Свемпа, которому в прошлом году исполнилось 70, занимается доработкой автомобилей с 15 лет. Кстати, число «39» на дверях автомобиля – год рождения конструктора.

Творчество – это призвание, и когда смотришь на этот смелый проект, понимаешь, что это не только демонстрация возможностей фирмы и плод успешного сотрудничества производителя автомобилей и дизайн-бюро, это проявление музы, благодаря которой человечество идет по пути развития и созидания. И не важно, как это проявляется: хорошо и добротно сконструированный вахтовый автобус на шасси грузовика, многофункциональный продуманный эвакуатор или грузовой родстер. Эти люди, создавая свои вещи, вдохнули в них жизнь, и результат превзошел все ожидания.

Scania строит очень тяжелый и сверхдлинный электрифицированный грузовик для Jula Logistics
